Incorrect email

Hello, I have recently placed an order for WiFi over the phone however I believe my email address was taken down wrong on the call. I have since contacted support by phone numerous times with no success, and this had lead to my not yet receiving a welcome email despite receiving order and activation confirmation by text. Is there any way for me to get my correct email address updated so that I can register for a My Virgin Media account?

Hi I too had the wrong email input on my account so have not been able to log on and see billing / options for other packages. I was told a number of weeks ago that this was being resolved over the phone, but my email is still not recognised. I do however still receive marketing mails to my email, so it must be logged correctly somewhere. Can you help please?
