Incorrect discount applied

Any ideas how to get billing issue sorted?

 

Spent 5+ hours on web chat Monday got nowhere. Was promised call back in 48hrs. No call back.

Cannot get through on phone an no reply from text service.

Have multiple contracts on my account none of which are correct & 1st bill is more than double what it should be.

I am very sorry to hear of the problems you are having contacting the team and that you have not received a call back.

 

What have the team advised in regards to the incorrect prices? 

 

With your first bill, you are charge for the month that you are installed and the month ahead in line with your billing cycle.

Hi Nat 

 

Understand how the 1st bill works an was expecting it be be a bit more.

Didn't really get advised anything except the call back.

 

Basically I signed up for a £10pm promo deal and am being billed £24pm. 

Supplied order confirmation detail package etc to both agents to no avail
