Incorrect credit added, new customer.

Hello, I recently joined virgin media this week as I saw a deal on uswitch with £95 credit for new accounts but I've only had 60 added. 

Who would I contact about this discrepancy?

Hi @JedCullock thanks for your post here in the Community although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised here.

If you have signed up with Uswitch directly, it would be them you'd need to contact regarding this discrepancy if this is something they are providing.

Alternatively though, was it us who have directly credited you the £60 as this may enable us to investigate further? 

Do you have an email for example regarding the offer so we can try to guide you further?
