I currently have Virgin 350 broadband paying £55 a month. I decided to check what offers there were for TV etc on Tuesday and saw a deal for Maxit TV plus phone line for an extra £10 for 18 months (£65) then £94 after that. I accepted it etc and the box is being delivered on Saturday.
I have just received a copy of the new contract and it seems to be wrong. It mentions the discount until May 2022 earlier in the contract then at the bottom it says your monthly service charge is £94, then it says: Then £94.00 from Saturday 14th May 2022.
This is obviously an error as the service charge should be £65.
I tried calling and couldn’t get through so guess I will have to try again in the morning.
In the meantime I attach a copy of my confirmation email stating it will be £65 a month for 18 months followed by £94 a months thereafter and also a copy of the contract that I have just received that is wrong just on the off chance someone from Virgin is reading this. Thanks
