I've just got M350 (Oomph) installed and my first months bill is incorrect, it's ignoring the 12 months discount so I'm being charged £59 per month not £39 which I signed up for. I've tried calling but unable to get through as the call centres are closed, if I can't get this price honoured I'll need to cancel and get a new contract.
I've seen in other threads about this that people are having their contracts fixed, can someone from the Forum team let me know how to get this fixed please?
With regards to getting this sorted, there is a way you can contact our team other than the Live chat or call route.
