Spoke to customer services 3rd April to cancel package following prices rises within the contract term, and was offered a reduction from £68 per month to £46.50 per month with contract still finishing in November. I was then emailed to confirm these changes. To date I’m still paying £68 per month, despite calling twice and being told it would be sorted. It hasn’t… can someone please sort this out. The last time I called I was passed around 3 different teams and told it be sorted within 72 hours and I would get an email to confirm. That was over a week ago……
