Incorrect bill during home move

Hi,

I set up a home move for my package for Saturday 4th April, I had a problem with someone deciding to disconnect my service on the 4th March instead. It was reactivated after a week of complaints but I have now just received my bill for this month. 

My bill has gone from £27 a month to £69!!! It also looks like my package has been increased to the maximum TV package, my loyal customer reward removed and my phone line removed - none of this I asked for!!

I have tried ringing and the online chats but I am getting to response, please can someone advise what I should do next? I also want to confirm that my install will take place this weekend.
