Incorrect Name on Contract

Hi, I recently purchased a broadband contract online. When I received the contract and went to set up my online account, I realised my last name was spelled incorrectly on the contract (missing O' from the beginning).

I had to use the incorrect spelling in order to be able to create a my virgin account online. I would like this error to be rectified and my contract updated (assuming Virgin's systems can recognise the O' and that this change wasn't made intentionally to account for the system's inability).

I want to avoid using the "change of name" form since I have not changed my name and this error was seemingly made by Virgin Media's electronic system. But I would like my bill to reflect my true name. Can someone at Virgin change this for me?
