Incorrect E-Mail

Good morning,

When I first opened my account I got my E-mail address wrong, so now I am trying to re-set my password, as I have forgotten it, I can't verify it through E-mail.

Thanks for confirming, was it when you set up the My Virgin Media account that you put in the incorrect email? As the actual Virgin Media details can be rectified if you register for the My Virgin Media account with the correct details and then edit the information in here for the actual account.

Hi,

Yea, it was on the very initial step. This meant I couldn’t confirm my email address and can’t log-in at all.

Any chance you could delete any information associated with my Virgin Account number so that  I can register from scratch?
