Incorrect Billing

My October 2023 Bill shows £23 unpaid from the previous month which is untrue and erroneous. Have also raised complaints requesting this £23 amount is removed via the webform. Please resolve ASAP to avoid Oct23 Direct Debit cancellation. Thank you.

Hello Ayisha, Merry Xmas and hope you are well. We have been charged an extra 24p on our Dec bill for an outgoing home phone call that you claim lasted 61 minutes. We have checked our call log and wish to dispute the extra 24p charge. Can you get this 24p waived please? Thank you, Paul Warrick

Thanks for posting on our community forums. We're sorry to hear that you've been charged for a phone call made over 60 minutes. Unfortunately, if you have gone over the hour on your call plan, you will be charged for the call for the additional minute used.

We always advised to hang up before the 60 minutes and re-call, this way you will not be charged for any additional cost.

Thanks but we never made a call with a 61 minute duration so please refund the 24p
