Incorrect Bill already after being with Virgin for 3 Months!!!

I have been with Virgin since August and already my bill has gone from £32 to £50.  I have tried the contact us, send message.  But unbelievably it say it only opens at 7 am, the time is 7.47am.  What is going on?

I would guess an introductory discount has expired, you may be able to confirm this if you check past bills on the "my virginmedia" section of the website.

You're probably best calling in to make sure.
