Incorrect Address

Good Morning,

I have noticed when trying to sign up for Virgin Media the address in the building I live in is incorrect.

The building is divided into Flats which are numbered 1-4, and has a basement which is lettered (I have NO idea why).  Anyway, instead of the address showing as: Flat 1, 1 Any Street, Any Town etc, it shows as Flat A,B,C,D etc.  The address is correct on the Royal Mail database.

How can I get Virgin Media to correct it?
