I have tried to contact Virgin numerous times over the last month to claim my incentive for taking up a trial. Complaints are not responding and the link in their last email to text is no longer working. For a telecoms company I can’t believe how difficult this is turning out. I’m meant to be receiving an email from Edenred to claim my voucher but this has not been sent. Is there anyone from Virgin who knows what they’re doing and how to resolve this?
