Impossible to get through to cancel parts of my package!
All I need to do is remove tv and landline. Keep broadband. I've tried 6 times waiting on hold for over 45minutes at a time and STILL can't speak to anyone. I just always end up on the never-ending loop of recorded messages that do all they can to get me to hang up. It's making me want to leave altogether.
Any suggestions folks? I need to get these bills down pronto!
