Impossible to contact Virgin Media via any method

Hi,

Like others, I am completely unable to contact Virgin Media via any method.

The phone line is constantly engaged, from any phone I try from. Before that it was waiting an hour and then getting disconnected.

SMS goes unanswered after the automated replies.

Social Media just give generic answers and can't perform any account actions. 

VM have disabled their live chat and web messaging functions.

How exactly am I supposed to contact them??

The service has been terrible for me over the last few months, and I'd like to change my package, but it just isn't possible??

I'm very sorry to hear about the issues you've had in contacting the teams. This certainly isn't what we want for any of our customers. 

 

Can you expand on the issues you've been having with the service so we can see if there is anyway we can look to help?

I can expand on the service issues by saying that your services are unreliable and go down 3 or 4 times a week. TV I can deal with, but as I'm working from home, broadband going down for hours every other day is unforgivable.

Thank you for that information. I have taken a look at your account from our side and it does show a reported SNR issue in your area. 

 

The fault reference for this is: F008754214

 

The estimated fix date is: 01 FEB 2021 15:00

Hi Dafadau, that is a fault reference number and estimated fix time by the engineers, we have checked the ticket and is showing the same date and time. Hopefully we will have this fixed soon ^Chris
