Impossible to cancel contract. Tried calling from multiple phones.

Every time I call I get hung up on after 30-40 minutes of waiting. I always get to the initial agent who transfers me to the cancellation department and then my call gets hung up. I've tried on two different mobiles and a landline with the same result each time. 

Someone must be able to advise a way in which I can be contacted because it's clearly impossible for me to call you.
