My cancelation is due I believe on the 6th of July. I have attempted to correct this but I've found that Virgin media are just ignorant towards there customer's concerns. There is no doubt you guys have the worst customer service in the telecommunications industry. You rank worse on every survey on the internet. But what I would like is the possibility of staying a customer as your service as in broadband is always good minus the poor customer service. So if anyone can help stop my cancelation it would be extremely appreciated.
