Dear Virgin Customer Service,
I hope this email finds you well, but I have to express my extreme frustration regarding the returns packaging for my recent purchase. Despite my repeated requests, I have not received the necessary packaging, and time is ticking.
I just received a notification warning me about potential charges if I don't send the item back within the next 9 days. I've used your "send another packaging" option, but to my dismay, I'm still in the dark about when I can expect it.
This situation is incredibly frustrating, and I'm at a loss for what to do. I need your assistance urgently to resolve this matter. Your prompt attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated.
