We do bill one month in advance meaning the current bill will be for the month ahead, where the discount has ended.
We bill as normal up until your disconnection date, after which you will receive a final bill that will include a credit for any services paid for but not used.
So, my contract, the discount & connection all end on the same day, are you telling me VM are going to charge a full month passed this point, even though I gave 6 weeks notice of cancellation!?!
Sounds like a scam to get a lot of interest free loans to me... 🤔
We do bill as normal up until the day of your cancellation, so if your bill generate date is before the cancellation date you will still receive a normal bill.
However, after the cancellation has been completed you will receive a final bill which will have a credit on there for the days that have been paid but there has been no service.
So you will only be charged for the days that the service has been provided.
