I was lied to and will be overcharged after Sky Sports UHD to my package

Hi Virgin Community team

Today I kindly enquired about adding Sky Sports UHD to my Virgin package over WhatsApp chat

The representative promised me a price of £3 a month for adding Sky Sports UHD to my package

I then noticed in my My Virgin Media that I had been overcharged for this

I then went to WhatsApp chat again and this time a representative assured me that they will ensure my contract is adjusted to show Sky Sports UHD as £3 a month, but they have made an error and it still calculates as £7 a month

Please get in touch with me over private messaging to resolve this urgently, I am still within my 14 days cooling off period and this outrage is making me want to cancel!!!

Hey InfoAddict, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.

If the team have adjusted the price it will remain showing the £7 they will then add a rolling credit on which will reflect in the bill but it will not show at £3 per month.

How did the team advise they will do this? Cheers
