My contract is coming to an end and the new contract offers I have found are uncompetitive compared to Sky so I want to leave. However, and I realise this is due to Covid 19, there is nobody at Virgin handling my calls, I'm on hold every time from 20 - 40 minutes before getting cut off. What am I supposed to do?
