I've moved house to a property that already has Virgin Media, so want to stop the services at my old address. Each time I phone customer service I'm either on hold for a long time (that's fine and totally understandable right now), then disconnected, or told to refer to the website. I can't find anywhere how to disconnect my services. Please help!!
If you have still been unable to get through on the phones or Live Chat on the Web site then you can send texts to this number 07533 051809 with details of the issue. Might take a while for a response but might be quicker than the other options
