Been trying to cancel my contract for over a month now and am having no luck getting any response! I've written a letter asking to end my contract, have used their online messaging service where I am always directed to phone. I have phoned over 15 times and each time I am on hold for over an hour and can't get through to anyone/ get cut off.
I received an email from the complaints department, in response to one of my emails asking to end my contract, and they said I can only cancel verbally!! Going slightly mad trying to get rid of this contract! Advise please.
