I want to cancel everything

I have been trying to cancel my virgin account for nearly 2 years and can’t. I have no idea what my user name or password or Virgin mobile number (never had one) or Virgin email (never had one) because of this I cannot get through security. By chance my phone had my user name & password stored although I don’t know what my password is. When I tried again last night for the 3000th time they said they did not recognise my (non virgin) email address, although they keep sending me bills and “fun Virgin things” to it every month. 
HOPING SOMEONE CAN HEEEELP MEEEE
