I made an online order earlier today, but quickly changed my mind and wanted to cancel. So I phoned up and eventually got through to someone, but the call was quite difficult. It took 30 mins for me to actually get the person to go through with the cancellation, and they were so reluctant throughout, that I'm just not confident at all that the order was cancelled. I never received an email confirming the cancellation, even though I got one confirming that initial order.
Is anyone able to confirm the cancellation of this order? I can give you the order number/ details.
