I've still no idea if my account has been cancelled?

After eight weeks of trying to cancel my broadband services I thought I had finally managed to cancel my service. Three letters sent, hours waiting on the phone going round in circles, over 30 hours in one session online chat with no success. I even paid what I thought was an agreed final amount just to end this nightmare, but My account is still showing an active broadband package and still showing an overdue amount of £149.50

I am a pensioner living alone and this whole episode has caused me massive stress, anxiety and sleepless nights. I have never had a bad debt in my life until now thanks this this absolute shambles of a company!
