13th of September is when I was cut off. I paid 1st of august my last bill. Now I’m always lead to believe we pay a month up front so this should not leave a full bill to pay to settle my account. The people in India on the phone are useless and won’t put me through to anyone else unless I pay.
The way it works you pay the full bill and once the final bill has been calculated and if you are owed a refund then a refund will be received by cheque no more than 45 days after the disconnection date.
