We're sorry to hear of the login issues to MyVM online, we'd love to best assist with those.
Can you please check below and make sure the new password you're trying to create meets our requirements:
• Be between 8-64 characters.
• Must start with a letter.
• Contain at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter.
• Contain at least one number.
• Special characters are allowed but not required (e.g. ! # % & @).
• Cannot contain easy to guess words, usernames, or previously used passwords.
Please, let us know if this helps with creating a new valid password for your account with us.
