I've always been the account holder but have a secondary account
I signed up to ntl in August 2001 and have remained a customer ever since. I have never missed a payment! When I log into my VM account I am told that I am a secondary account holder and can't access anything of much use! I would like to see bills, be able to see upgrade options etc. Customer Service don't seem to be able to help. I am the only person who has lived at this address since August 2001. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.
