I paid my bills off and yet now my account has been suspended for no reason

Around 12am here (UK time) my Internet cut out so I assumed I had to reset etc. Did all of that checked my virgin app and says my account has been suspended and I owe the amount I already paid off when the bill first came in. I need help to get it restarted ASAP because I have the receipts for the payment on their app, my bank, everywhere and im not paying 14 pounds to restart it or the full amount because, as I've said, I've already paid and can't contact anyone to fix it due to no online support and lines are closed. Can someone help?
