I need help to reduce my package I just cannot afford it anymore. I can not get through to speak to someone the wait time is over 2 hours. It’s absolutely disgusting that there is no one there to help. Iv tried logging into my virgin media but all you can do is upgrade. How do u down grade. Im currently paying £62 per month and this is going up by £3.50 on 1st March I just need to pay less. Can anyone help me please.
I have called 0345 454 1111 then options1 - 1 - 4 -4 to get to disconnections. I got through yesterday & today pretty quickly. Yesterday I called at 9:50am & today at 10:11am. Hope this works for you. They kept my price as it is but I still can't afford it which is why I called back but looks like I will have to leave.
