I've called virgin customer service number 5 times a day for the last 2 weeks.... I'm on hold for between 45mins to 1hr 45mins and then the line goes dead before I've had chance to speak to anyone! I've never had more than 5mb of internet speed for the full length of my contract! The service is horrendous.
I've had an email to say I'm out of contract now and my bill has come out of my bank at £78 (WHICH I CANNOT AFFORD).
I need to cancel my subscriptions ASAP. Please help me someone?! I don't know what to do as I can't get through and I genuinely can't afford it anymore!😭😭
