Hi,
I REALLY need some help on this urgently.
I've received a letter today, from VM, in my name about moving my service to an address 2 doors down from me. I am not moving and have made NO such request.
The letter has my name, but a COMPLETELY different account number so it's not my account.
I logged into the VM site tonight to look at this, and I see a "sorry you're leaving us" bill. Again, I have NOT cancelled/closed my account, nor made any request to move address. I can't see any way to stop this.
Please you lovely lovely moderators, can you help me get to the bottom of this, and ensure my service isn't cancelled and this phantom letter sorted>? (I can provide it's account details in private message to VM staff).
