I'm a recently connected customer but am not recognized by My Virgin Media
I have recently been connected to Virgin 2 weeks ago but can't create a My Virgin Media account although I have been given the account number and the 2 digit area id code. My account number is not recognized. When I spoke to the Virgin sales team to arrange connection I gave my current Sky email address, however, have received no emails from Virgin at all. The Virgin engineer who installed said I should receive an email after installation but I haven't. I would like to set up my Virgin email account to replace my sky email but haven't been able to. Have any new customers had the same issue?
