I just want to speak to someone about my next bill
I have been trying for over 2 days now to speak to someone at Virgin Media. I have a query with my bill. Noone answers the phone and when I go on chat I waited beyond my bedtime yesterday and for a further 2 hours today. Its just ridiculous. Why can't someone just help me out. Im 59, disabled and shielding. It's not really helping vulnerable people is it to just ignore veryone?
