I have been a customer for 2 months. I have no broadband AGAIN today and intermittent nearly every day. I have tried to call and was put on hold for TWO hours and still didnt get to speak to anyone. I was a sky customer for 8 years and never experienced such a poor level of customer service or overall service. I work from home and am losing money. This is my last resort at getting help and begging to be released from this ridiculous contract.
