I just rang up to cancel and they've removed tnt sports

So I rang up to cancel, and was offered the same package at a reduced price, except they haven't done that. They've changed it and removed tnt sports.This was not mentioned at all. I'm now missing the game and I'm livid. Any admin online to discuss urgently.

It can take a couple of days for forum staff to respond to posts and unfortunately they don't have access to regrades.

VM changed their bundles/packages on 1st September and TNT Sports is now a standalone addon and has been removed from all bundles. Any new customer joining, or customers regrading need to pay an additional £18 per month for TNT Sports.

You do have a 14 day cooling off period in which to cancel the regrade. You would then be placed back onto your old package and would then be free to re-negotiate again or cancel your services.

The quickest method is by calling either 150 from a VM landline or mobile, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone, options 1,4 and 4 retentions (thinking of leaving) Call around 8am if possible when lines first open and are least busy.  They are generally based in the UK, and have a greater degree of knowledge and flexibility, along with a larger range of discounts than the front line agents.

A warm welcome and thanks for posting on our community forums. Sorry to hear that you were not advised TNT is no longer included in our bundles any longer.

As our valued member @newapollo has advised this is now a standalone package and has been since the 1st of September. 

Unfortunately, package changes and new contract deals are not something we're able to deal with from our community forums.

We can see that you have already contacted the team regarding this issue, and it is currently being investigated for you.
