I hour waiting then cut off. How am I supposed to change package or cancel?

I’ve just been kept on hold for 1 hour and then it’s cut me off! Appalling customer service. How am I supposed to change my deal with this?

could have a chat with customer relations choosing option 1-1-4-5 (thinking of leaving us), since that's the deal that primarily deals with any cancellations
