I have waited 4 months for Virgin to install my package and I receive not even a phone call

Has anyone else been lied to Regarding the compensation policy. £25 for no show appointments and £5 per day there after till you have an install. In all these months all VM have on my account is is a credit of £45. Why have public posts of promises if the intention is to blatantly ignore customers and lye about it.
