I have not received my voucher

I am still waiting for my voucher when I signed up

I am sorry to hear you're still waiting.

 

Can you elaborate on this voucher for me? Was it to do with a cable install, if so when were you installed, what the vouchers were etc?

The voucher was for £75 and was part of the sign up deal. The contract started in January and I was expecting my voucher to arrive within 28 days of the service going live. 

I also attempted to email EdenRed as per the instructions on the Virgin website however I received an auto message advising me the email was undeliverable.
