I have tried to find the right person to call but saw a similar post on here whereby the issue was resolved.
I have found a letter that had a cheque that said there was a mistake on my old account that was delivered on Feb 2021. I didn’t receive it as I hadn’t lived there for a very long time and have just been given it. I was wondering if I could speak to someone to get a new one issued as it is over 6 months old and the bank won’t accept it.
