I don't have my account number or a welcome email

I have recently (just before the lockdown) moved into a new home and have got my new virgin media services set up and working, but my account was set over the phone and I think there may have been a typo with my email. as I still haven't received a welcome email. So don't have access to my online account, I kind of need to check my Broadband settings and Billing settings. I don't really want to call If I can avoid doing so.
