I cannot create an account

I've received my "Welcome to ebilling" email and it tells me to create a My Virgin Media account but when I enter my details it says that my details are incorrect...but they're not.

I don't know how to proceed???

Thanks for reaching out to us in our community and a very warm welcome both here and to Virgin Media.

 

 

I am sorry to hear you haven't been able to set up a online account with the details you have, I have had a look at your account and can see you haven't been installed yet, it can sometimes not recognise your account until it is active, I advise trying again 48 hours after the account has been installed?
