PLEASE - I need help
my ex-wife setup our account about 15 years ago when it was still BLUEYONDER - before VIRGIN took it over- I only know the email address used to setup the account - I do NOT know the password I do NOT know answers to the security questions
because of this I have NO WAY to even phone virgin media- because they ask for password characters BEFORE talking to a human- NOT VERY GOOD !
I have NO WAY to login as I do not know the password - I have NO WAY to reset the password as that email account no longer exists I cannot access it
I have NO WAY to supply answers to security questions -
So I have 2 questions please -
(1) HOW can this system be allowed to make such a glaring omission- this is more a complaint that an actual question
and crucially
(2) HOW DO I UPDATE MY EMAIL ADRESS USER ID AND PASSWORD SO I CAN ACTUALLY SIGN IN AND PAY MY OVERDUE BILL
I can supply recent bill details- my address- my landline number- MY DOB - my bank details -previous direct debt details - BUT I have no Virgin mobile number so I cannot receive texts - your system will not recognise my normal mobile number on O2 -
THERE IS NO SOLUTION I CAN FIND ON YOUR HELP DOCUMENTATION - I URGENTLY NEED TO ACTUALLY TALK TO A HUMAN BEING AND GET THIS FIXED
IS THAT POSSIBLE PLEAAAAAAASEE???

Providing the account is in your name, I can send you a private message to pass security with additional questions
Then we can take it from there and get you all set up
