I can’t log in to my virgin

hi, ive tried to recover my account and I get this message on the email link ”Sorry, but we're having a few technical problems, and we can't confirm your username at the moment. We're working on it, so please try again later.”

It’s the same problem I see everyone else having on here, I can’t remember the password and I’m quiet frustrated
