Hello, 

I have had Virgin internet for a while now, and everything is working fine.  However I don’t receive paper bills so I can’t find my account number. (I didn’t receive a welcome email when I signed up so it’s not there either). Is there any other way of finding it out?

If you can sign into your My Virgin Media account you will find it there, or are you trying to set up your MVM account and that's what you need it for.

Edited to add; It should also be on your Virgin bill email.

I am sorry to hear you did not receive a welcome email/letter with details of the account, we will be able to help.
