I must have spent 2 hours in total now.
18 months ago, I was a Virgin customer. Now back.
I'm trying to make a new account.
I end up getting an error message saying "Sorry, we can't make a new account".
First I try to use my old email. It doesn't like that. So I try to use a new email. Success!! I login to one page. The failure 😕. After clicking on next, I get the error.
I called 5 times. One time I got through to a human. He said he couldn't help and needed transfer me. He transferred me to a blank line. Other times, I couldn't figure out a way through the maze of options on Virgin's answerphone.
What am I doing wrong?
I feel really upset for my wasted time.
