I have been sent a Pre-Contract email with details of the new 18-month contract, how do I stop my existing Virgin contract and transfer to this new one?

If you have information detailing a pre-contract agreement and there are no instructions on being able to activate this, we'd advise please calling our team on 150 / 0345 454 1111 and we can get this processed for you, all information should be available for the agent to view.
