My disconnection is due on Wednesday. I received an email from Virgin a couple of weeks ago asking for their hub back but I haven't received an empty box to return it in. Do I need to request this from someone at Virgin?

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, when you cancel your services, the day of disconnection a returns pack is sent, this usually arrives within 3 to 5 days after the disconnection.
If nothing arrives, you can request a returns pack here.
Once you receive your returns kit, pack the equipment and take it to your local Collect + drop off point.
