Thanks for your post on our Community Forums and a very warm welcome to you!
Unfortunately we wouldn't be able to use a former E-Mail address to be the username for a new self-care account - this will forever be connected to a former account.
We could perform a move and transfer of E-Mail accounts from a former account, to a new account. However if the account was cancelled over 90 days ago, the E-Mail addresses should have been deleted as per the terms and conditions of the contract.
