How to raise IT Ticket to add new account to an existing ID

I have rejoined Virgin Media and got a new Account  to register. 

As I already had an existing account i wanted to keep same ID/email ID and get the new account updated to same ID. 

Please help raisig IT Ticket to make this move. Thanks,

Good Afternoon wahasif,

 

Thanks for your post on our Community Forums and a very warm welcome to you!

 

Unfortunately we wouldn't be able to use a former E-Mail address to be the username for a new self-care account - this will forever be connected to a former account.

 

We could perform a move and transfer of E-Mail accounts from a former account, to a new account. However if the account was cancelled over 90 days ago, the E-Mail addresses should have been deleted as per the terms and conditions of the contract.

This means if I want to use my Hotmail email ID as my user name (which was linked to old account) to be linked to new account as well? 
this is quite restrictive
